Zumbini is a 45-minute music and movement experience created by Zumba and Baby FirstTM. It is developmentally appropriate for children ages 0 – 4 years of age. Every moment is a musical opportunity! It is an early childhood education program that uses original music and movement to promote cognitive, social, fine/gross motor skill, and emotional development while creating the ultimate bonding experience for you and your child.

Fairytale Adventures introduces toddlers ages 2.5 – 4 years of age to fairytale related games, dress up, and story telling! Some of the Fairytales we read about are Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Frozen, Beauty & The Beast, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Aladdin (Just to name a few). Princess Costumes can be purchased at the studio!
Classes: Saturdays at 10:30AM.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio dance workout that forms a fitness party atmosphere. This class begins with a dynamic warm-up and ends with a stretching. The workout portion is broken down by songs with a different dance routine for each song. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome! This class has dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.
Classes: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm.

Open Level Vinyasa Yoga!
There are many different approaches to vinyasa flow, which means the pace, intensity and sequences will vary from class to class. Some classes will lead you through a slower, alignment-based class where you explore each posture in more depth. Other classes may be will more vigorous with fast movement-based postures and sequences. In every case though it is the breath that is the central focus and is the anchor around which everything flows.
Classes: Wednesdays at 6:30pm.

Line Dance is exactly what it implies. This type of dance can be implied to Country-western, Social, two-step and other types of dances. Line dances have been included in many types of popular songs sing the 1970’s including pop, swing, rock and roll, disco, and many more.
